1. How can I place orders?

At https://hotelproductssupplies.com.au, there are three ways to place orders: order online, by email or make a phone order.

3. How will my orders be delivered?

We use reputable couriers, such as Australia Post, etc. We also have our own deliver vehicle travel around Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle.

4. What is the delivery fee to my area/postcode?

Our delivery fee is calculated based on Cubic Meters of your order and can only be quoted based on specific orders. Please send us your post code and your order details. We’ll give you a shipping cost within 48 hrs. We deliver directly to certain areas in Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle. So shipping cost in these areas will be very competative.

5.What happens if there is no one available to accept the delivery?

If no one is there to accept the delivery, you can leave deliver instruction so the goods can be left at a safe place and you are liable for stolen goods. Re-deliver by the the courier may incur a fee.

6. Can public order products from your site?

Yes. We are open to the public. Anyone can order from us. However, bulk order may be cheaper.

7. Can I get samples before bulk order?

You’re welcome to order samples before bulk order. Samples cost is the cost of product plus shipping cost. Sample shipping costs start from $8.5. Please email us for your sample request.

8. Do you offer customization services, such as embroidery and logo printing?

Yes. We offer products customization such as embroidery on towels and sheets, uniforms etc. Minum Order Quantity(MOQ) and Lead time apply. For products customization, please email us with your requests and we’ll give you a quote within 48hrs.
